Refund Policy

Last updated: 12.09.2026

Short version: if Claxus doesn't work on your machine and we can't fix it, you get

your money back. If it works and you changed your mind, you don't.

Digital delivery and your right to cancel

Claxus is digital content, delivered immediately after payment. By completing your

purchase you ask us to start delivery straight away and you acknowledge that you lose

any statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.

When we refund

We refund in full if:

- Your access details never arrived and we can't deliver them.

- Claxus doesn't run on your system, you've worked through troubleshooting with us,

and we can't get it working within 14 days.

- You were charged twice for the same order.

To claim, open a ticket in our Discord within 14 days of purchase. Tell us your

order email, your Windows version and your motherboard model, and describe what

happens when you run the tool.

When we don't refund

- You changed your mind, or bought the wrong duration.

- Your access period has run out or is close to it.

- You bought without checking compatibility, and the answer was available before

purchase — ask us first if you're unsure, we'll tell you honestly.

- A third-party service suspended, banned or restricted your account. We make no

promise about detection, and that risk is yours.

- You broke our terms of service — shared access, resold it, or ran it on hardware

you don't own.

- You issued a chargeback instead of contacting us.

Chargebacks

Talk to us before your bank. A chargeback filed without contacting us first ends your

access permanently and we will contest it with the delivery records. If you have a

real problem, a ticket is faster and you keep the option of a refund.

How refunds are paid

Back to the original payment method, within [X] business days of approval. Crypto

payments are refunded in the same coin, at the rate at the time of refund — which may

differ from what you paid.
