What we collect

When you order: your email address, the details of what you bought, and the

payment status. Payment itself is handled by our payment providers — we never see or

store your card number.

When you use the software: a machine identifier so access can be tied to one PC

and so we can detect sharing. We do not collect the contents of your drives, your

files, your browsing, or anything you do in other applications.

When you visit the site: standard server log data, including IP address, browser

type and pages viewed. Our shop platform, SellAuth, processes this on our behalf.

When you contact us: whatever you send us in a ticket or Discord message.

Why we collect it

- To deliver what you bought and give you access — this is performance of our

contract with you.

- To prevent fraud, chargeback abuse and licence sharing — our legitimate interest.

- To answer support requests.

- To meet tax and accounting obligations, where the law requires us to keep records.

We do not sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the providers we need to run the shop: our store platform (SellAuth), our

payment processors, and our email provider. Each processes data on our instructions.

We may disclose data where a law or valid legal order requires it.

How long we keep it

Order records for as long as tax law requires, typically 3 years. Support messages

for up to 6 months after a ticket closes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct

it, delete it, or restrict what we do with it, and you can object to processing based

on legitimate interests
